1. The bill amount, can increase or decrease as the work progresses

2. If we have to arrange fabric for your garment 100% has to be paid in advance.

3. No alteration will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Alterations/Changes will be accepted once only, later changes will be charged accordingly

5. The pick-up service for alterations, can be availed only one time for every order placed.

6. Consulting Charges Rs.250 will be applied if design is discussed and no order given for any reason

7. For most accurate alteration, we recommend sending us a picture wearing the ordered garment.

8. Alterations of garments returned, might take minimum 7 days or more.

9. We are not responsible for any garments after 1 to 3 days of delivery date first given.

10. Pickup and delivery charges are additional above the stitching charges

11. No bargaining with designer, charges are non-negotiable

12. Additional design or added fabric will be charged above the basic stitching charges

13. Placing the order will be considered as acceptance to the additional charges as applicable

14. Design/Pattern ordered would be close to the ready garment/outfit, but we are not responsible for 100%

15. accuracy to the ordered Design/Pattern being a custom made.

16. We reserve the right to alter the measurements given, if incorrectly given

17. In case of cancellation of order, 50% of total bill amount will be charged.

18. All cancellations/alterations must be sent in written by customer.

19. Designs/Patterns/Changes discussed with the designer would be the final changes. But its implementation or non-implementation will be on us.

20. There maybe 20% shade difference in the lining color and actual material color

21. We reserve the right to deny a remake

22. If the pattern/design chosen by customer is not feasible on the given fabric, we reserve the right to change the pattern/design.

23. We reserve the right to add any fabric/lining in case if we need, keeping the practicality of construction and the comfort of the customer in mind. The additional cost of the same would be charged, if not specified in the Estimate/Bill.

24. The order date will be considered from the date when the customer gives final confirmation of its order and advance Payment, irrespective of the date when the material was collected/given

25. Complete Payment has to be done on first time delivery, if not done at time of order, irrespectiveof any alteration or any changes in design or fitting

26. Online payment will be charged 2% extra.

27. Online payment has to be done, before the delivery of the garment.

28. Fabric purchased or used by us will not be taken back/return/changed by us in any case.

29. We are not responsible for any kind of damage/color-change/fading of fabric provided by customer or by us.

30. Once garments are worn by customer, garments will not be accepted for any kind of rectification or redo. (Additional charges will be there if customer wants us to do that)

31. If fabric is stained/damaged/print mistake, customer is solely responsible for it. Any outfit made out of it would not be changed.

32. We are not responsible for seem slippage/shrinkage/faulty fabric.

33. We are not liable to provide any fabric, in return of any damage from our end. No such claimwill be accepted.

34. No refund /exchange policy in any case. In case of loss of fabric or any case, maximumliability will be upto Stitching cost of the particular garment.

35. Defaulters on Cash on Delivery/Payments, might not be permitted to order Cash on Delivery.

36. We may deny any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel accept any order which is beyond our serviceable area.

37. We maintain delivery schedules, except in situations, events or circumstances, which are beyond our control (customer is not available, production delays, public holidays and bundhs, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in delivery information, legal procedures).

38. If estimated date of delivery is on a holiday, the delivery will most likely arrive on following day.
