1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

For cancellations after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after this time frame for custom or made-to-order sherwanis.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may follow our return policy if you are not satisfied with the product.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted for ready-made sherwanis that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized sherwanis cannot be returned, as these items are crafted specifically for each customer.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] with your order details.

After receiving confirmation from our team, carefully pack the sherwani in its original packaging.

The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request approval.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, Malik Designer will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

Exchange Process:

Exchanges are allowed only for ready-made sherwanis and are subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
